Work Performed: 38 staircases and 86 balcony railings were replaced and installed due to them not being SB721 compliant

We worked with the owner, Luis and his team at San Diego Custom Iron to help design, build and install a pergola on the side of our home. Luis was wonderful to work with, professional and took an extreme amount of pride in his craft. He listened to our design ideas and made sure to incorporate all of our suggestions where possible. SD Custom Iron made a railing for a circular stairway for our new house in Julian. This was quite difficult because of the tight radius. Luis did an excellent job and completed the job on time.
